The CKEditor Customer Portal is a self-service platform for the management of your product license keys and cloud services subscriptions, user access control, and billing. Depending on your permissions, you can have access to three main sections: ‘Configuration’, ‘Billing’ and ‘Administration’.
In ‘Configuration’, you can find license keys, environment access credentials, and subscription details. You can generate API keys, as well as create and manage working environments. CKEditor Cloud Services usage statistics are available here. Development credentials are also available in this section.
The ‘Billing’ section allows you to manage the financial part of your subscriptions, like updating billing details, downloading your invoices, and changing payment methods. This section is for accounting teams and people who manage payments for the subscription. It also allows for the upgrade or modification of your subscription plans.
In the ‘Administration’ section, you can add, remove and manage users in your organizations who have access to the dashboard. You can also control their permissions. This section is for license owners and project managers who decide on the permissions of their teams and manage the organization details.
