If you need to add new products or services to your current subscription, you can do the following:
- if you have the Standard plan, please email us at info@cksource.com to add new items;
- if you have the Flexible plan, please contact your Account Manager directly.
If your current license/subscription plan is no longer enough for you (e.g., you need more seats or more uploads), you can do the following:
- if you have the Standard plan, please go to ‘Billing’, then to ‘Licenses and subscriptions’ - to change your subscription plan use the ‘upgrade’ option to extend your current allowance;
- if you have the Flexible plan, please contact your Account Manager directly.
