What is the difference between a MAU and a user of freemium SaaS solution ?
Hey JL Martin, thank you for your question and apologies for delay in responding - I hope you will still find this response useful. In short, MAU (monthly active user) is an individual who accesses our editor inside your application at least once during a month. Some of the MAUs (or even all of them) might be freemium, depending on the use case. If needed, we will be happy to discuss this further with you - just email us at info@cksource.com.
Can you explain more detail about Active User?
What is a meaning of "access CKeditor"?
Hey Dũng Phạm Xuân, by "accessing CKEditor" we simply mean using it to work on any kind of content you may have. No matter whether you want to write a piece of text, insert image, or accept your peers' comments - whenever you access CKEditor to work on content, you become an active user.
